Kitchen/Bath Makeover for Retiring Couple

This couple asked Knepper Enterprises to remodel their primary living areas so that they could remain in their home throughout retirement. The house was dated and needed updating so that the couple could accommodate guests and welcome grandchildren. The areas that were remodeled are: kitchen, primary bath, and guest bath. After remodeling, the house is now capable of large family gatherings and meals. The primary bathroom was transformed into a spa-like experience complete with a walk-in shower, freestanding bathtub and anti-fog glass. The guest bathroom was updated by opening up the space. We replaced a glassblock window with a clear glass window and shower/tub enclosure. The kitchen appliances are now chef-grade. The kitchen was opened up to the great room by an expansion of the kitchen bar. This space is now perfect for great family dinners and parties.
